- All products are shipped within 2–5 days; however, in some cases, shipping may be delayed due to non-availability with suppliers or factors beyond our control.
- Each order will be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
- Our customer support team will inform you in case of a delay beyond 5 days via email or phone.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, shipments are made only through reputed courier agencies.
- All products sold on Sparesroot.com attract shipping charges. These charges vary depending on factors such as product weight, size, fragility, location, and mode of delivery (Air, Surface, or Sea).
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery of the package and contact our customer care team at +91 7200553490 (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Monday – Saturday), or write to contact@sparesroot.com, mentioning your order reference number. We will make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is arranged at the earliest.
- Please note that all items will be shipped with an invoice copy. If the same is not received, you may contact our customer care team at +91 7200553490 (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Monday – Saturday), or write to contact@sparesroot.com, mentioning your order reference number.
- You can cancel your order by getting in touch with us via email at contact@sparesroot.com or over the phone at +91 7200553490 (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Monday – Saturday). Your order will be cancelled if it has not been shipped, and we will refund the order value as applicable. If the order has been shipped but not yet delivered, you may still cancel it by contacting us as mentioned above. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered product back from our courier/logistics partner, after deduction of applicable shipping charges.
